Water kefir and milk kefir are two different cultures…both are probiotic powerhouses that can nourish your gut microbiome.

This class covers both theory and practice.

Get ready to be hands-on…covering ALL you need to know about successfully maintaining kefir ferments in your own kitchen.

We will be making a variety of fruit and herbal water kefirs as well as milk kefir which is an excellent smoothie base.
