Sourdough for Beginners PART TWO

In order to attend this part two class, you will have had to have come to part one.

Nutrient-dense LUNCH INCLUDED, with bread too course!

10 am - 4 pm

In this class we will be learning step-by-step how to make your first sourdough loaf. It´s an all-day class because it needs to be! You need to see and feel and participate in each step so that you leave class feeling confident that you can replicate the recipe in your own kitchen.

During class we will cover the whole process of bread making…

—starter maintenance

—initiating a levain (the young starter used for this batch)

—mixing and autolyze

—bulk fermentation and stretch and folds

—overnight retard for greater digestibility

—baking and cooling

During our small, intimate class you will be able to ask questions and participate in the process!
