In this 3 hour class we will be covering the anatomy and physiology of the digestive tract and how to support its optimal function.
What are common symptoms considered normal but are NOT actually normal?
—bloating, especially after you eat
—indigestion
—feeling full after eating just a little bit of food
—excessive flatulence
—constipation
—diarrea
—pain in the abdomen
—food sensitivties
You will leave the class with the tools you need to address these common symptoms and support happier, healthier digestion now and in the long run.
We will be learning about (and tasting!!) herbs that support the digestive tract.
We will be making fermented vegetables together and understanding how probiotic foods can shift and support our microbiome.
We will also be making bone broth together, a deeply nourishing ancestral food that can help heal the gut lining.
Digestive friendly snacks and herbal teas will be provided.
And you´ll go home with a jar of your very own sauerkraut.
